Dynastica open beta starts on Sep 1, 2010
Swedish game development company Straycat Studios is proud to announce that the open beta of Dynastica, the first truly social 3D strategy game, will go live on Sep 1.
Open beta players will participate in the social experience of Dynastica and use military, religious and magical powers in a fierce challenge with over 50 opponents who all strive for the same goal: world domination. Each round is played in real-time and lasts for 1-2 months.
Dynastica has a strong focus on interpersonal relationships. Players can form alliances, engage in advanced trade, plan collusive strategies using map markers and discuss in the in-game chat. Additionally, players can share victories and achievements online.
Accessibility is essential in an engrossing game with events taking place at all hours and so Dynastica provides players with a downloadable Windows client and a web client with full 3D visuals and audio running directly in a web browser. Dynastica sets the standards for the next generation of social games and will be available on Facebook and other social networks in 2010. Full featured 2D mobile versions for iPhone and Android are in development. In short: play anytime, anywhere!
